原本預計這個月是交接期
但不知道是工作太屎缺了還怎麼樣
新人來一天就說要提離職了
當初面試也是我幫老闆安排的,人是老闆選的
以我而言我覺得我自己盡到全部的責任了
而且還義務的不領薪水
(工作性質的關係,交接期是不能領薪水的)
想問各位鄉民的是
面對這種屎狀況,
我不幫老闆安排面試下一批人
也不再幫他新找來的人交接
應該不會太沒職場道義吧...?
就我的角度而言,
我已經找來了接替的人,
而且人是他選的不是我選的
她做不下去應該是她要找人的
但我是害怕在老闆的眼裡我還沒交接完成
又要被抓回來當義工...
我實在連幫他安排下一批面試都不想
我為了怕黑已經在這邊稱很久了
再撐下去我都覺得我人生要毀了
我不想一輩子被綁在這個鳥工作上...
抱歉感覺內文好像都是抒發自己的情緒...
