30歲跳第三次 ,,年薪 130萬
33歲跳第四次 ,,年薪 150萬
35歲接任管理職,,年薪 180萬
一切以穩定為前提囉...
所以這篇講的也沒錯阿, 35歲才跳槽, 危險性很大,
萬一被當免洗的...那就好笑啦..說不定逼不得已還得回鍋,
就會被老員工笑死啦
