該留還是走? - 加班

7/1報到的某公司採購人員
面試時說了福利完善,薪資也有達到我的要求(32k),加班也說大部分6:30都走光了
目前到職一周,發現原來也是變相責任制,某時段前得打卡,打完繼續加班工作,每天都
有一堆狀況,感覺包山包海還要外兼當女工,難怪帶我的同事每天都八點多才下班,工作
內容包含下單追料,產線不良品找採購,缺料找採購,什麼都找採購,那公司裡的品管跟
生管部門到底有何用途?
目前觀察一周,沒做啥教育訓練就趕鴨子上架,產品型號什麼都不熟,只知道一但有問題
就得跑產線解決,然後繼續加班,
想請問各位,這樣到底要繼續撐著觀察,還是要開始找新工作了呢?
