小弟25歲目前是在台中某自家烘焙咖啡店上（打）班（工）
老闆是以前在超商上班的店長（因為他解約要開咖啡店，所以跟他一起過來）
老闆剛創業，不免有資金上的壓力，所以他先叫我當PT！等到店況穩定了再把我升上正職！
（喔對了！我時薪120，上班6小時，月休4天，無勞健保）
一年過去了！老闆依然跟我說等我們店況好之後把你升正職！到時候你就不會是站吧檯，而是要到後場了
（現在依然時薪120，上班6小時，月休4天，無勞健保）
老闆和老闆娘對我真的很好！不管是沖泡的技術或是咖啡知識都不吝嗇的傳授（雖然老闆脾氣真的無敵差）
也會買點心或過年禮盒給我！但是這薪資真的是很ooxx。
看著老闆音響一台換一台，每次都說等店況好....blablabla！然後老闆娘說，年輕就是要熬過去，薪資低要撐過去...
麻煩各位大大幫小弟指點迷津一下，到底是該走還是留呢？
