(也請鞭小力點XD)
小弟25歲目前是在台中某自家烘焙咖啡店上(打)班(工)
老闆是以前在超商上班的店長(因為他解約要開咖啡店,所以跟他一起過來)
老闆剛創業,不免有資金上的壓力,所以他先叫我當PT!等到店況穩定了再把我升上正職!
(喔對了!我時薪120,上班6小時,月休4天,無勞健保)
一年過去了!老闆依然跟我說等我們店況好之後把你升正職!到時候你就不會是站吧檯,而是要到後場了
(現在依然時薪120,上班6小時,月休4天,無勞健保)
老闆和老闆娘對我真的很好!不管是沖泡的技術或是咖啡知識都不吝嗇的傳授(雖然老闆脾氣真的無敵差)
也會買點心或過年禮盒給我!但是這薪資真的是很ooxx。
看著老闆音響一台換一台,每次都說等店況好....blablabla!然後老闆娘說,年輕就是要熬過去,薪資低要撐過去...
麻煩各位大大幫小弟指點迷津一下,到底是該走還是留呢?
