調職出差所產生的費用疑問 - 職場

原本在台北工作 但近期高雄部門的人手不夠 被公司要求明年要調職去南部上班半年左右
以下是公司給的條件
租屋補貼5000
出差費5000
每個月提供兩次來回的車錢
現在產生了一些費用跟疑問 想詢問各位
1.感覺是調職但公司報為出差 會對我權利有影響嗎
2.已經有出差費了 我的搬家費用是否可以再跟公司請 查相關法規有要求公司要提供生活補
償 但不確定是否有出差費就滿足這條了
3.台北租的房子租約還沒到 是否有相關補貼可以請
4.由於是出差 但公司只提供一個月兩次南北來回的費用 是否可以要求為四次 看有些公家
單位也是未婚兩次 已婚四次 不知道是否為法律規定
5.因為性質是出差 是否來回時間可以算是工作時間
最後兩項比較像是想報復公司 主要問題為上面三個問題 第一次在工作上遇到這種問題 再
麻煩各位解答了
