請問你是人資或主管 要選人 會選 A or B (長期正職)
A.有與此工作類似相關工作經驗(比如都服務業,但內容不一樣,還是需要從頭教起)
可到職日較早 (11月初)
B.有做過本公司的工讀生,因兵役離職,(但無需從頭教起,可馬上進入狀況)
工讀時與同事相處融洽,表現不錯
但因兵役問題可到職日比 A 晚約2~3個禮拜 (11月中or 底)
A與B 其他條件都差不多 只差在上面所列不同條件
如果你是主管會選 A or B
