請問reapply申請Round 2可以嗎？ - 工管

想和版上的大家請教一下，

我去年有拿到R2 interview，但是後來被dinged，今年打算重新申請，

但時間上有點來不及，可能會需要reapply今年的Round 2，

不知道一般來說，學校會不會比較希望reapplicant投R1呢？
