I am a medical radiological technologist from Mackay Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. In view of the unpleasant experiences between colleagues or myself and patients since misunderstanding by poor communication and error solution of disputes in the past 17 years, I am writing an article about the possibility to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes in the radiology.
From the Internet I got to know your hospital is known as an indicator with international level in your medical radiology.
I should be great appreciated if you could kindly provide with an actual case including antecedent, process, solution for a dispute and the follow-up to improve for my reference.
