謝謝面試官給我這次的機會，我的名字叫000，居住在臺北市，現在就讀於澎湖科技大學觀光休閒系。我從小到大就很喜歡與家人一同出遊嚐遍各地小吃，因此我在升高中的時候，選擇了往餐飲觀光那方面去發展，在高中的這段期間，學習了中餐、西餐、調酒、日料、餐飲服務及烘焙等相關技巧，因此我順利的取得中餐丙級、烘焙食品丙級等證照。也在這期間，因為校方的建教合作關係，曾到臺北圓山大飯店實習過，那時的職位是宴會外場服務生，從中學習到了餐桌擺設、紅酒的倒法、菜餚的分法等等，也接觸到各種不同大小的宴會型式，因此使我學習到除了學校的理論之外，實際上真正服務的技巧，並增長了不少見識。
我很喜歡服務人群，因為可以藉由這樣去發掘到自己在說話及表達方面上有什麼樣的缺失，進而去改善，當客人因為我的服務而感到開心時，我會覺得很值得，我也對新的事物充滿好奇心，也希望藉由這次的實習機會，去多嘗試與以往不同的工作性質及環境，接觸不一樣的人群，學習到新的專業技巧，定會加倍努力，使我個人的經歷更加豐富。
