警察體測前竟然又練受傷 - 考試

心情真的是down到谷底
之前練跑步傷到肋骨,又看中醫吃了一個月的藥沒見效
看到鄉民說看西醫很有用就看西醫電療
結果禮拜一回家感覺好很多
我白痴沒事剛好排休就在家練立定跳遠
家裡的地板是硬的~
第一次感覺自己表現不好,因為跳下去為了平衡腳跳下去感覺要跌倒所以移動了一下
很怕這樣會沒過
結果又再練第二次第三次練了十幾次
練之前有做弓箭步還有膝蓋轉一轉的暖身,練後也有
沒想到過一、二個小時,小腿開始劇痛,只要腳指往上提小腿就會劇痛
然後就快點冰敷~感覺沒用就去中醫針炙加包中藥
昨天跑去西醫做電療
回家還一直猛按摩
今天還是超痛,手指頭一壓就痛
沒事也是一直用熱力用寧膚痛還有晚上貼水性貼布
雖然以前有運動習慣,但是自己對考試的焦慮變成愈來愈害怕沒有過的因素
難道所有的努力都要毀於白痴的我禮拜一休假沒事在家在那邊練什麼鬼
好後悔
但是眼看體測那一天愈來愈接近,時間一分一秒的過去
已經是備取危險範圍的我
現在感覺倍感慌張
希望體測前我的腿能好起來T_T
雖然心裡想即使考試那天跑到腳斷掉了,也要跑過測驗~心裡一直重復焦慮
然後最近工作又再出一個大難題@_@整個心情好煩悶到不行
