責任制不該準時打卡下班? - 加班

看了其他人po責任制滿好奇一件事
我現在的公司說上班下打下班責任(但一樣要六點十分過後才能打卡)
如果有留下來工作超過八點半才會有給補休,怎麼給沒交待清楚
(八點半起算,所以六點到八點半之間不能算是加班)
然後之前都會傻傻的等同部門同事一起下班
但主管很喜歡準時下班(我的主管不用打卡也不用寫假卡)
所以後期我也幾乎都準時六點十分就可以走人了
如果有什麼想要當日完成但會超過下班時間也沒機會留,
因為所有同事都會走光,鑰匙和保險卡只有我的主管和會計有,其他人都不能有
所以還是一樣要跟著走人。
最近主管會刻意在五點半到六點之前丟工作要求下班前完成
那些都是覺要花時間去處理的,不是半個小時一個小時就能處理好的
所以我都會告知沒有辦法處理完只能先做一些
(主管跟同事之前如果做不完會偷帶回家處理,我有表示過我要帶回家處理但不被接受)
然後我一樣六點十分準時和同事一起先走
主管就說我們是責任制的要求不能準時下班
如果像這種下班前半小時才交辦不可能一兩個小時就會處理完的工作
一下班他們人一樣先走(交辦工作就是他們做不完的)
我準時下班的話這樣公司可以扣我什麼嗎?
或是如果我找個非準時走不可的理由 公司可以要求我提出證明嗎?
(比方我下班後要去看醫生,公司可以要求我提出醫師證明嗎?)
目前我是說走就走,不過最近他們更誇張的想要我下班沒辦法準時走
所以想了解一下像這樣的狀況我能怎麼自救 TAT
