資深員工離職是不是都會想拉屎 - 離職

小弟我31,
我上一份工作做了3年,產線工程師
在我做兩年半時,很肚爛公司一些體制,(當時也承認有職業倦怠的成分)
離職時當然就去拉屎,發MAIL給高層,很多東西沒有規定,形成不公平的管理。
後來轉換職業,來到了辦公室的環境,
有一個做6年的員工,跟我上份工作一樣的心態出現,他很肚爛薪水,
公司對他不公,一堆靠關係不做事的薪水比他高,是真的一堆喔
我當時上份離職後待業時都把錢花了,所以此時很缺錢,完全不在意這種問題,
此員工最後離職時也跑去拉屎了,跟政府單位檢舉公司。
我做半年找到新工作就離職了。
換了現在這間公司,裡面也有一位做了5年的員工,目前正在拉屎中,
不過伎倆比較高,可能會鬧到部門收掉。
我現在剛進公司,有一個想法,就是你有能力你就換工作啊,
你就是能力沒到,才一直待在這,那又抱怨什麼呢?
可是回想自己當初第一份工作時,做了三年,對公司也是諸多抱怨,
我當時發MAIL給高層,表面上是為了公司好,
實際上就是發洩,我也知道我有能力早就換工作了,就是沒能力又覺得不公。
這種心態,你要叫一個積怨已久的員工,放下很難,
這牽扯人性問題。
如果人人都把公司弄收掉,悲觀的人會覺得台灣完蛋了
也許樂觀的人會覺得,會產生新的積極的新生態出現,改變台灣。
不曉得大家對於這種心態積怨已久的資深員工有什麼看法嗎?

沒錢時,在不公平也做得下去。因為一來自己能力也不足。
有錢時,在公平,都能在雞蛋裡挑到骨頭。
