朋友待的公司最近大量資遣員工,他說每人依年資和薪資不同,
資遣費分10幾期,每月會按時匯款,要員工簽同意資遣書,請問這樣
是合法的嗎?他該簽嗎?如果以後有一期被拖綖了他要怎麼辦?
