起薪開太低 - 面試

之前為業助,但真正碰到業務的部份不多,也不用扛業績,
今天面試的為正式業務人員。
自己的優勢應為相同產業轉職,所學也相關,
但因要扛業績以及業務流程要全部自己跑,不是很有把握能馬上上手,
故開了比上一份工作還低的起薪,可是後來算一算,
因為上一份還有補貼住宿,所以這樣會低很多。
雖然新工作有強調未來會視能力調薪,以及還會有業績獎金,
當場錄取但是給的答覆時間及到職日期滿趕的,
想要再爭取高一點的底薪,不知道會不會有機會,或是會不會反效果,留下壞印象?
