本來想用推文回的,不過發現內容太多還是回文好了。
我跑船到今年也十年了,2010年大學畢業到現在,所以講的東西都是自己一路看來不是鍵盤
心得。
有些推文跟酸民講的東西我看了也是覺得好笑,推文說把人丟下海,相信我,現在跑船的都
是跟你我一樣的正常人,所以要你把人丟海裡你敢嗎?或者換了20年前那票要錢不要命的大
陸船員可能還有這問題,現在下了班大家都躲在自己房間做自己的事情。
船員不適用勞基法已經是萬年問題,這應該要去請求政客好好修法處理,不過沒辦法,船員
沒選票,沒人願意重視,只有在選舉時候喊喊重視海洋文化。
所以目前只要船員還是適用船員法專法就沒什麼違法問題。很多時候船員以為公司違法,實
際上算一算查一查,公司的確沒有違法,以前就為了船員加班費跟船員討論過,很多人都搞
不懂自己的薪水結構。
船員的高薪實際上去看,基本薪水沒有很高,都是靠額外加給綜合起來才能有那樣漂亮的數
字。其中一項就是加班費,每個月固定85小時加班費,不管你有沒有加班這麼多就是給這個
時數的費用,加班低於85小時不用退錢,如果超過85小時,有些公司是會要求大副大管要調
整工作時間避免超過(這部分有些有黑箱操作,可能就會有違法情況),也有些就是月底發
報告給公司審核然後批這筆費用。
而且現在海上霸凌,真的遇到雞歪主管,不想得罪公司就打報告休假,真的要讓他好看讓公
司也不敢得罪你,你就直接投訴ITF,說自己被言語虐待工時造假,公司只能乖乖服軟,辦
法很多看你敢不敢,這部分我就佩服大陸人,真的很敢...
跑船下不去,有人是因為薪水關係,不習慣陸地的低薪,我是不習慣辦公室上班的模式。當
班期間雖然在工作,不過就是看看儀器看看大海,罰站完四個小時就下班,罰站期間就在駕
駛台散步走來走去,或者有時候會有人跑上來聊天,聊著聊著就下班。雖然薪水也是讓我至
少短時間還不想下船的原因,尤其現在當船長那個薪水,未來可能再跑個幾年累積一筆錢之
後或者考上引水就會回陸地了。
不過還是勸世,現在海上雖然有女生,不過女生工作機會很少,別被那些勵志的新聞給騙了
。
