在原公司待了五六年 擔任中階主管
最近在談新的工作
新公司的特休規定比照勞基法
要滿一年才有特休
但畢竟自己不是新鮮人
還是滿希望爭取到特休假
甚至如果可以追溯過去年資是最好的(同樣產業)
不知道有沒有板友談新工作時 有和HR討論過這塊?
提出這樣的希望條件會很冒昧或不合理嗎?
