最近在想兩件事,想請教熟悉辦公室政治/向上管裡的前輩們
1. 若新主管特質好大喜功
一直把工作往下丟, 卻不把屬下的努力放在眼裡
又要求屬下寫SOP把自己的know how記錄下來讓所有人(包含主管)可以用
這個屬下要怎麼做才有辦法在工作中保持自己不可被取代的價值
並長期在這種環境中生存
2. 若屬下預見某個案件依照大家目前的步調處理會出問題
但只要他願意超時工作協調各部門,危機可以避免,
可是這算他個人付出的心力, 不會有加班費
主管們也只會看到很平順的結果, 不會裡解他在這之中費的心力
要怎麼做才同時避免危機發生,又能讓主管看到此人努力避免掉的危機
