這樣狀況的事假(婚假)，請問要如何請？ - 職場

過年後的第一星期被通知裁員，然而03/04星期一新公司要我去報到，很幸運馬上
就找到工作了。
重點是 我03/30星期六要結婚(含迎取餐廳定席吃飯)，04/02至04/13要去蜜月，
機票已經訂了，
這中間11天(04/04至04/07為連續假期)，請問我任職未滿一年，嚴格來說才任職一個月可
以請婚假嗎??
還是用事假代替，剛進公司可以請事假嗎?而且還一次請這麼多天??
我公司事隔週休制，是光電廠，公司員工500人以上.......
