遠X人壽儲備幹部 請教 - 面試

各位版大好
小弟我是社會新鮮人,近日接到電話受邀此間人壽公司去參加他們儲備幹部的面試,而我也順利的通過初試及複試(由副總面試),成功錄取。
先申明我絕無任何要炫耀之意,相反的我有點疑慮…
因我起初以為是要面試該集團的建設業而前往,最後卻發現實為壽險業(本身不想賣保險),而因緣際會下直到錄取(期間當然也同時面試其他工作)
而該儲幹錄取後的工作內容如下:
1.前6-9個月400k薪資,期間會培訓考證照,並要達成每個月1張保單為要求(即共6張),爾後如通過便無須再銷保單。
2.通過前項要求後便往儲幹發展,聽說是月薪70k附近,責任是帶領新進員工培訓。
該公司主管是說他們近期欲擴大規模因此需要大量儲備人才來應對,而由於薪資及公司規模我是有心動到,但又怕這只是引羊入穴的煙霧彈…
心想有這麼好康的事嗎?畢竟我不過是新鮮人,也擔心當我前面6張保單達成後便要我轉去做業務…,但這又是大公司,會如此不誠信嗎…?
因此想來請教各位版大的看法、指點迷津一下,謝謝。
