目前我手上有一個outing的規劃案,
周一必須與總經理開會討論,
不過關於開會時間的安排,
該怎麼開口會比較恰當呢?
是
1.直接走到他身旁將企劃案交給他,
由我跟他直接討論即可.
還是
2.發封信給他, cc給小主管,
再詢問他開會時間比較好呢?
另外, 有必要也邀請小主管一起參與討論嗎?
