關於勞退6% - 面試

我有先爬過文了 但還是搞不太懂
如果問了笨問題請多包含

因為面試時談到薪水
主管說薪水是24000,但公司有提供勞退6%,所以薪水是26200
(勞健保這先不談)
我不懂為什麼會多這2200?
我爬文都看到說6%是公司要負擔
所以是負擔是指給員工的意思嗎?
