關於年終問題 - 面試

現在的工作是從去年2月開始
當初面試時有說到年終最少會有2個月
但今天的薪資單根本不是當初所說的
且公司也沒有寫績效考核表的制度
每個人領的年終數字都會不一樣
雖然前幾天老闆就有先替大家打預防針說今年衰退,年終會不好
但想想自己今年談成的cost down
根本就不應該只領哪些錢,完全和面試所說的不一樣
因為主管就是老闆
想請問大家,我應該把cost down的金額和其他績效作成表格和老闆反應年終給得數字有問題
還是就默默趕快另尋其他工作走人
