我寄mail問了微軟客服 給我的答案 , 結果是要打電話給台灣微軟申請證照紙張嗎.

I understand that you would like to obtain a copy of your certificate.

To find and print your certificates you will want to head over to the
MCP Member Site. You will need to sign in with your Windows Live ID.
On the home page, there will be drop down menus on the left hand side.
Point your cursor to program benefits then click on Download Certificates.
Follow the link Digital Certificates and you should be able to access,
download and print your certificates in PDF or XPS format.
You may also order copies of your certificates by contacting the
Regional Service Center. The Regional Service Center handles
all MCP account related issues including transcripts,
certificate ordering, passwords and access codes,
merging two accounts, etc. The certificate is free;
however there is an approximately $9.95 S&H fee (same price worldwide).
You can also order multiple certificates in a single order at an
additional cost of $0.50 per certificate.
