之前有接到鼎泰豐-人事專員邀約面試~
因為離我家太遠 但是又對這職缺很有興趣 不想直接拒絕~
本身又不是念人資方面 且沒有人事經驗 只有行政工作經驗~就是電腦文書之類..
很怕去面試白跑~ 但是電話那頭跟我說有初步通過才會通知面試~沒有合格就不會通知~
但是這職缺我在104或1111都常常看到缺額~ 流動率有這麼大嗎?
應該很穩定才是... 所以覺得很奇怪~ 請問有人可以跟我分享嗎?
