離職特休未休完... - 離職

我們公司是進公司當年當月即享有一天特休 隔月也可再享一天
也就是說如果是6月就職則6.7.8.9.10.11.12月都各享有一天特休
每滿一年則再多一天特休...
我的情形是 (我做到2013.03月底)
任職滿五年(2008/2/25-2013/2/25), 2013年可休年假共為17天
公司是依 2013年實際工作月比率分攤 17*(3月/12月)=4.25天 算給我4.25天
因公司離職特休 未休完可折合薪資
所以才上來問問...畢竟差十幾天 對我而言滿多的...
請問這樣計算特休的方式對嗎?
另外...若非自願離職
有關離職員工補償:若順利完成所有離職與交接程序,
將於離職當月月底入各位的薪資帳戶.
例如於4/5離職,則將於4/30領得員工補償.
員工補償包括:
1. 當月月薪.
2. 今年未休完年假日數 折合薪資.
3. 依勞工基準法所列之資遣費用補償
(每年年資折合半個月月薪,未滿一年部分依日數比例計算)
這樣還有什麼東西需要注意的嗎?
