非派遣之約聘對公司的好處? - 求職

各位版上的前輩大家好
本人想請教一個我不太明白的問題
如果一間公司對求職者開出約聘半年的合約之後視情況可轉為正職
並且特別強調所有薪資、福利、休假制度皆比照正職人員
那對於公司來說會用這種方法聘僱的原因是甚麼?
難道也是能節省人力成本?還是跟headcount有關?或是為了能在期滿後淘汰不適任之人選?
有請各位前輩不吝指教 謝謝!
