人資跟行政是公司內最沒存在感的人
不要跟我說這兩種人有專業(我會笑)
根本誰都能做
你若志向就是人資或行政
基本可能人也沒甚麼野心
既然雙方都沒什麼的重要性
其實面試根本不重要
對方不重要
你也不重要
你們談話會重要嗎?
根本只是在閒聊
人資行政面試大概就看一下人
不要太奇怪就好了
其實當人資或行政也不是不好
很多沒野心的人
儘管領的少(但自己滿意就好)
因為沒敵人 也沒人在意
往往可以做得很久
