前幾日面試,面試者說明薪水時也順便說了投保問題
他說公司只會幫你投保最低級距,所以要我肯接受再考慮進去公司
因為這樣感覺差距還真不少,勞退6%,喪葬補助,甚至如果以後要申請育嬰假或者倒楣要
申請資遣費勢必都會受到影響
我想請問一下,這樣的公司是不是就不必考慮了?
因談的薪水還不錯,但就是這個投保問題讓我覺得這公司還蠻不注重員工福利的,而且面
試者一直跟我強調對我們來說根本沒差,反而我們自付額繳更少!有一種在唬爛我的感覺
