我在咖啡店工作...不過最近老闆想要多加點點心~因為本身常常在做西點蛋糕之類的~所以對這方面不會太陌生~但是..我覺得鬆餅的麵糊~蛋白還是要打到濕性發泡~口感才會比較好!但是在麵糊裡面有加油!這很容易消泡~再加上蛋白沒有加砂糖打到穩~所以就算冰著還是很容易消泡吧!本來有想過加SP的..不過想
