請問這題答案A為什麼不是正確答案呢？

本題考選部答案給C也解釋得通，但是選A無排他性似乎也無不可!

本題考選部給B~這才是非敵對性的正確解釋!

故因第9題題目語意不夠清楚條件不完備
因該AC都給分!
