22K的確不是老闆的錯,反而我覺得勞工的問題比較大。
每年都有一堆人拼了命想考高普考,普考起薪才三萬出頭,
為什麼還會有奴才願意領22K?做人就不能有點骨氣嗎?
每年叫老闆調薪2%就好,做不到就走人,一年加薪500塊不為過吧?
我在念大學的時候在南部某國立大學,偶爾兼個家教的時薪是500,
單科加強或是全科複習都一樣,我認為加上備課時間和心力這算是
合理的價位,畢竟我不是前幾志願名校。
某一天有個新客戶跟我說:那個116某系的某同學一堂課只收300耶~
我除了暗嘆怎麼有人這麼自甘墮落,也只好回那位媽媽:也許他認為
自己的教學品質只值這個價錢吧,如果您不滿意我的教學成果和小朋
友的成績,也許可以找那位名校學生試教看看喔~
貪小便宜的心態人人都有,老闆絕對希望最好員工都不要領薪水,進
貨不用成本,賣價越高越好,不然哪來的炒房族投機客?
但是如果員工自己作賤自己,老闆說什麼你就跟奴才一樣乖乖做牛做
馬,請問老闆賺錢的時候你有領到獎金嗎?那為什麼你要這麼拼命卻
只領22K的薪水呢?為什麼只領一點點錢福利又不好卻還是責任制呢?
為什麼歐美韓國勞工敢罷工,連國營企業照樣罷工擺爛,只為了爭取
合理的福利;中國勞工寧可跳樓也不願意爆肝過勞死,台灣人呢?
22K果然不是老闆的問題無誤啊~XD
