這題是98鐵特高員級電子學的第三題
由於小弟不擅繪圖與設定連結 我的疑問也不需以圖說明
故簡述如下
題目給定幾個參數
Vgs=4V 時 Id=200m Vt=2V gm=23mS
首先我認為K是定值 故 Id=K(Vgs-Vt)^2 可以得到K=50m
但是 代入 gm=2(Id*K)^1/2 就矛盾了(gm不會等於23m)
如果代 gm=2K(Vgs-Vt) 求K 這時 K=5.75m
赫然又得到不同的K值 請問這邊的算法哪裡有錯呢
難道K值不是不變的?
