L2 的一個疑問 - 金融分析師

想要請問各位高手，FCFF有個地方我搞不太懂，

FCFF = NI + Depreciation + Interest(1-Tax) - FCInv - WCInv

有個問題是為什麼Depreciation 不用 乘 (1-Tax) 而 Interest 要乘，

因為對 Firm 來說Interest 和 depreciation 都是可得到的 Cash flow，

且兩者都是在課稅之前的費用，所以都可以抵稅，

因此我覺得兩者好像都要乘上(1-tax)表示稅盾後剩下屬於 Firm 的Cash flow，

希望有高手可以替我解答，謝謝!!!

depreciation exp 不是現金exp，差別就在這。

補充一樓,折舊本身不會帶來現金流量,而是節稅效果才會

利息部分為何要加回是因為他屬於CFF非CFO

故須加回 折舊則指是本身無現金支出 是一種攤銷概念而已
