# Position: Internet related late stage venture FA and investment function
# Head Count: 1~2 people

[Key Responsibility]
- Developing financial models to conduct business valuation for M&A and
capital raising transactions.
- Preparation and review of materials for supporting client financing,
including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live
transactions.
- Assist in executing the transaction (SPA/SHA negotiation, coordinate with
3rd party DD advisors and counsels)
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients to expand the
business.
[What opportunities you can expect]
- Access to multiple tier 1 Asian Start-ups, particularly in New Economies
such as AI, Big Data, Blockchain, and Fintech, etc.
- Learn the market practice of capital markets as well as Investment Banking
practice before the IPO phase
- Both buy-side and sell-side comprehensive experiences
[Expereience Requirement]
- 2+ years of experience in a finance, legal, or building startups background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and self-motivated
- Working knowledge of deal structuring, execution, and closing procedures
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with
frequent priority changes
- Cross-border M&A or financing transaction experienced
[Language Requirement]
- Mandarin: Native preferred
- English: Business level in writing and speaking
- Japanese is not mandatory but an advantage (N1 level at least)
