薪資 N*12+季獎金*4季約2N (N+2K)*14+每年分紅(一定有,不知多少)
福利 停車免費 但冷氣只開夏天 停車要繳1000/月,下午茶,健身房
員工旅遊(國內) 員工旅遊(有補助也有跟公司團)
交通 開車單程36KM,過收費站 開車單程6KM,平面道路無紅綠燈
約30~40分 約10分
住 家裡 家裡
公司 傳產 IC設計(老本行)
性質
工作 採購 外包管理
內容
其實明天就要回覆新公司了(說我不要就要給別人了)
實在是很猶豫,大家會怎麼選擇呢??
我主要考量產業我熟悉 離家近 薪水又多一點點
但油錢省非常多(約省5K)
但對現在的同事不好意思,我走了他就LOADING變重了
但我真的超級討厭現在的主管!
你們會怎麼選呢?
