A leading foreign bank is currently recruiting for a department

assistant (Contractor).


Location : Xin Yi District, Taipei
On-board Date : Mid-November or early December
Working Time : 08:30 - 17:30 Mon - Fri (Overtime is required)

Duties and Responsibility :
1. Printing and binding reports, presentations and pitch books
2. Answering incoming phone calls for the team
3. Preparing daily news clips and historical events
4. Providing administrative support and other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
‧ University graduated or equivalent experience
‧ Proficiency with MS office software and Windows OS
‧ Ability to speak and write both English and Chinese
‧ Must enjoy working in a fast paced multi-tasking environment .
