上海公司業務助理 是否該去? - 加班

小妹81年次 剛出社會一年多,
目前工作36K 有勞健保 但是沒有年終沒有禮金,每天加班,all on standby...
想請問下,目前有個工作機會,不知道該不該去試試看?
以下:
出版業,業務助理(兼美工) 位於上海松江區
包吃包住(這個還要再確定,看是補助還是有食堂等等 但是基本上是有包)
一年4次來回機票,35K台幣/月(換算後稅前)
周一～周六 朝8:30-下午5:30
滿一年有一個月獎金(等於年終)
其他沒有了...(沒有勞保健保等等→讓我最考慮的一點 黑工??)
目前是希望工作正常上下班,想加強語文還有其他的專業能力
(現在的工作完全沒辦法....連請假都請的好像對不起其他人....)
目前還在爬文的是相關的稅法,而且上海稅率高,怕連點錢都沒存到...
還沒確認的是 每次可回台灣幾天,麻煩請大家指導一下,
是不是還有哪裡要再問清楚一點?
