上班時間與面試時談的不符 - 面試

面試前談好的上班時間就是見紅休
但今早進公司被叫去跟主管談,說上面希望未來周六可以來輪值
一個月大概1~2次,採補休制
完全沒預期...
然後問了制度都還不清楚,只說假要當月用完,不能存假
講到後面主管就說:
「那我去告知說你這邊可以,但要知道排假的方式...」
因為沒預期的關係 也沒回話 但我真的超冏滿不能接受!!!
個人也不是完全不能接受周六輪值,目前想跟公司開條件說
1.可以先告知哪幾個周六不行
2.補休時間可自行安排
(但我覺得應該就是他們要我哪幾周去阿...)
本身只是個沒特別專業的助理職...
不過公司規模快200人,但薪資福利都還不錯!
不知道大家建議我要怎麼跟公司談比較好呢?
這兩天觀察主管算好溝通! 不過~
(當初因被人資告知5/1勞動節放假扣全勤,我接著問那本薪部分是否有影響)
今天就直接被主管說你很在乎錢,還被問有沒有經濟壓力。
沒經濟壓力也可以在乎啊!

只要完成請假手續,對薪資無影響,就算超過也只對考積
及津貼分數有影響,沒有直接全勤獎金這東西,(不過全
勤是有加分,特休整日不影響全勤)
