不去員工旅遊的理由 - 薪水

公司最近要辦員工旅遊,韓國5日遊,預計6月份要出發吧,公司會全額補助,用福利金,
我其實是不太想去的,因為覺得這一趟員旅,一定很像上班日,大家作作表面,
表面上嬉皮笑臉,心裡想的又是另一回事!
如果用有一些活動,比方說週末要回家、跟其他朋友約好……
同事或主管應該會認為公佈旅遊到出發的時間那麼長,約2個月,
很多事都可以事先排開,那不是理由。
如果到時候用以前學生時代的要好同學要結婚了,不能去,這個理由ok嗎?
一般人遇到這兩者,會優先選擇哪一個呢?
1.公司全額補助的國外旅遊,地點還不錯
2.學生時代的死黨結婚,參加婚禮
我們主管,有一點在意「不一起參與」這種事,所以聚餐什麼的,他都希望大家都要去,
用上列第2點的理由,他會再強求或不能理解嗎?
雖然公司要補助,但利用到上班日,會扣薪水,不去的人要繼續來上班!
