主管對於我們拒絕加班的想法加以反駁 - 加班

原po剛到這家公司工作七天,最近對於公司在給假以及加班方面有點問題。
加班方面:主管每天給予的工作量是八小時做不完的,偏偏他又強調每件事都重要,沒有
輕重緩急之差別,就是希望我們做完手邊的工作量再走。
據說同部門同事已反映過這個問題,結果是被酸"時間分配出了問題"才會導致
晚下班。這麼說來,晚下班還是我們自己的錯囉!!??
順便一提,加班沒有加班費(因為在公司的思維裡,是我們自己辦事不力才需要
加班 >"<)
給假方面:面試時,我問主管如果出差遇到週休二日,那會補假嗎?主管回答會補假
給我們。但昨天跟幾個前輩聊天,他們卻說只有在出差遇到星期日的情況才會
補一天假。(這樣有違法嗎!!!???)
總之,我進入公司之後所得到的資訊跟主管面試時跟我保證的不一樣。
根據主管處理加班問題,我實在非常擔心是否在這個部分也會爭取部到我應得
的權利呀!
請問不想加班的大家都怎採取怎樣的說法來應付以上這兩個問題呢?
