原本我是打算提離職後20天離職(依勞基法),但是老闆要求我把所有帳做完並教會新人才能離職。把所有帳做完我不回應,因為這牽扯到採購配合度高不高,因為一直以來我的帳要做很久都是因為採購key單有問題。
星期一下午因重感冒請假,隔天老闆一看到我就逼問我說預計哪時可交接完?新人才剛來一天,我怎麼回答?我就說下星期,然後就開始說做人要有職業道德,不能沒交接完就離開,而且還要把人教會啊!我有說我馬上要走嗎?我只不過重感冒發燒請假2小時耶!
星期一找我談時還很客氣說大家共事這麼久,基於情義道德,應該可以好好交接完再走,若我要去醫院就去沒關係,事情交接好就好,結果請假後馬上翻臉,虧我一開始還想說公司體諒我,我就盡量教會新人再走,現在跟我翻臉,
是怎樣?
我的認知,交接是義務,但教會人應該不是義務吧?萬一新人怎樣都學不會,那我不就不用離職了?還有,萬一帳沒做完我應該也沒義務要做完吧?我打算按表操課,把工作交接完,新人不會那就是新人的問題了,這樣做應該沒問題吧?
