元旦翌日雙倍薪水 - 薪水

最近在短期展覽打工,由於1/2也就是元旦翌日,公司無發給雙倍薪水,
向公司詢問後,獲得了:
「那個是一般公司正職人員才有的補休,我們是工讀生所以沒有」
後來為確保權益,我便自行致電到台北市政府勞動局詢問。
勞動局表示,由於我們是屬於部分工時人員,也就是所謂的PT,
因此依勞動基準法第37條,在其施行細則第23條所規定的國定假日執勤,
皆需給予雙倍薪資,當然包括元旦翌日。
向公司反應後,獲得了:
「由於工讀生雙週工時未達84小時,故不符合給予雙倍薪資條件」
想請問這樣的狀況到底元旦翌日有沒有雙倍薪資呢?
部分工時人員當然不可能達到雙週84小時的工作時數,
但勞動局人員又相當斬釘截鐵的表示有雙倍,是一般公司經常不清楚規定,
也完全沒有提到雙倍薪水的前提關乎工時的門檻,
只有一再強調:部分工時人員—國定假日工作—雙倍薪水。
在網路上查到也幾乎都是關於補休的討論居多,
不太有關於雙倍薪資的討論,只好上來發問,敬請各位板友幫忙解答,感謝。
