公司不願意付假期薪資 - 離職

因已提離職告知公司於這個月底離職 提時主管也同意了
辭呈上是寫最後工作日為12/31日
但今天人資突然告知
公司要我做到12/28即可 (態度強勢 完全無法讓我說話協商的空間)
並且12/22號不用補班
擺明了不願意支付12/29 30 31 這假期本有的薪資
但因為我辭呈確實是寫12/31日離職
薪資卻少了三天
請問...我有什麼可以反駁或爭取的方法嗎?
