公司加班費與補休問題 - 加班

最近公司因適逢大案子
搞得一堆人加班時數都破百
結果上周突然公司宣布說
因為被勞工局跟科管局盯上我們公司底下員工加班時數過長
就直接要把員工加班時數只給申請到46小時的加班費
還要底下員工若被勞工局抽問時要講每日只最多加班四小時(但實際卻不是如此)
其餘的一律換為補休
問題在於公司也沒跟員工討論
補休也只是1:1換算,加班費計算是有1.33 1.66跟假日雙倍的計算差價
對於員工原本這一陣子來辛苦加班的時間都白白浪費掉
而且補休通常累積太多,公司也不可能讓員工一次排休休掉
造成每次公司不定時又說要把補休歸零..
員工的權益何在??
想跟大家討論的是這樣公司有無違法?
該怎做可以讓公司得到教訓?
