公司因為一例一休要減我薪水 - 請假

小妹在南部某診所已工作三年多
過去上班的時間是一天三診共9個小時
有勞健保、三節獎金、年終獎金
沒有全勤獎金、也沒有特休,特休沒給也沒有轉換成現金
每個月只固定休禮拜六
其他時間請假照小時扣
但小妹也是默默的做了三年多
最近有了新的勞基法
診所其他員工(包含我)也開始積極爭取我們應有的權利
老闆終於再三月願意開始實施勞基新法
但卻在3/10才私下找我談工作時數及薪資
原本一週15診 只休禮拜六
要改成一週12診 週休2天
但薪水從底薪28000 變成底薪22400
一下子掉了要六千塊 我完全無法接受
想問各位
我還該繼續做嗎?
老闆因為配合政府政策而調低原本談好的底薪
這樣是可以的嗎?

,但走到現實層面就變成員工工時薪資同時降低

就不能這樣隨意調整。然後你就一邊勞資爭議+上法院上你
的班,等結果出來後,老闆全部必須補給你,千萬不要自
己不去上班

只能說你的底薪太低了,唯一有爭議的點是之前沒特休
有違反勞基法....
