09/12 到期的20萬再外流通期間為08/1-09/12共兩年所以基數為20*2
10/12 到期的20萬..............08/1-10/12共三年..........20*3
11/12.........................08/1-11/12共四年..........20*4

而在11/12到期的20萬債券要在09/12贖回
若未提前贖回 應該要攤銷36,000*20*4/180=16,000
但在09/12贖回時 已攤銷08/1-09/12 16,000/2=8,000 未攤銷09/12-11/12的8000

所以提前贖回要把溢價屬於該20萬的部分沖銷 也就如分錄所示
