1.重覆加保是勞工權益這件事,也是民97年後才有的,以前重覆加保會被退保
2.勞保沒有保障個資的問題,每個月都會電腦跑一次,你只要有重覆加保
二個公司都會收到勞保局的通知,人資一定會叫你去問,你是不是有重覆加保?
要不要退保(如果工會保,可以選擇退或不退)
3.有人說保二個,可以領二倍的理賠,這個對也不對,因為勞保有上限
一般傷病二份加起來不能超過最高投保級距
(軍保和公保天花板很高很高,所以保障好很多)
職災只能算最高那個...
4.所以公司一定會知道,根本沒有個資保障的問題,因為他的受文單位是投保單位
你又不是投保單位,你收到信時,已經是公司人資通知你的時候了...
不過,勞保局的說法,是他不會主動通知前一個加保的
但是很多人的公司都會收到的重覆加保通知,可能是天上掉下來的禮物...
5.健保局也會通知公司,這個一定會通知,因為健保不能重覆加保
6.保是一定要保的,因為你A公司下班,去B公司如果車禍的話才會有理賠
如果你沒保第二間公司,你A公司下班沒回家,那就是不理賠的
7.禁止兼職(如果沒給你補償)當然不合法,但是你怎麼會期待台灣公司會守法?
