公司為了留人加薪,事後跳票怎麼辦 - 離職

我在內湖一間義式餐廳工作,因為在六月時,公司不斷砍福利,為了因應新的勞基法改成每天工時8小時,但是砍一天假,之後又無預警砍全勤,公司人手缺額一直沒補齊,所以六月中跟公司提離職
因為公司人手實在是不夠,公司說一直有在徵人,104也有開,可是就是沒人來應徵...
主管為了留人,說要加薪請我在幫忙多做一個月到七月底,然後保證加薪六月就即刻生效
結果七月拿到六月薪資時發現完全沒增加,主管以老闆出國了,要等到25號回來才可以簽呈
今天查了七月的薪資才知道,根本六月的加薪沒下來,然後七月的錢也是跟加薪前一模一樣,問了主管,說老闆不簽他也沒辦法,他盡力了。
這也太呵呵了吧,根本就是騙人留下來幫忙擋不夠的人力,等利用完你之後就跳票
主管竟然還說叫我原諒公司...說公司當初對我們也不錯了,這就是傳說中的“相忍為我”?
