台灣的薪資問題與勞委會的無能不斷的上演,不過始終沒看到政府拿出魄力來改變,
上班打卡制下班責任制、工時12小時、過勞死、22K、人才外流、宏達電違反勞基法罰五
萬、基本工資調漲企業嗆聲出走、貧富差距擴大至93倍、什麼都漲就薪水不漲...
這些因為企業環境和制度不良而產生的問題熟到大家都可以默背了。
但是看了這麼多沒有良心的企業對這個社會造成的負面影響後,
讓人不禁想問台灣到底有沒有企業是那為數不多的『一股清流』?
如果不論外商的話,到底有沒有企業是-
『工資合理、工時合理、加班一定有加班費、從不違反勞基法』的呢?
像是我爸在Fedex上班,美商公司加班一定乘1.33和1.66,
而且假日從來不會突然被叫去公司;平日也幾乎都5:30準時下班。
之前聽我爸說公司在高雄的分部不賺錢,要把高雄的人員裁掉還擔心員工一時找不到
其它工作,資遣費給的很優渥、比勞基法規定的多很多。
台灣到底有沒有這種企業?
