分期還本公司債 - 會計

想請問分期還本公司債
如果有發行成本的話
是不是要減掉發行成本後再重算折溢價攤銷數?

因為減掉發行成本後的發行價格跟折溢價都會改變
如果沒重算的話不知道怎麼攤銷折溢價@@
